The wide band of 22k gold, which has a faint floral design, is the distinctive feature of the souvenir plate. The center picture area is surrounded by a gold filigree design. The colorful gold center transfer area depicts the state capitol in the center, surrounded by pictures representing the Potato Harvest, Winter Sports, Rich Agriculture, Ideal Fishing, and Craters of the Moon.

It measures 9" in diameter.

There are no chips, hairline cracks, or fleabites, on this exquisite plate. All the colors are bright, and the gold is in excellent condition.
