We make every effort to describe any stains, loose threads, etc. that we find. We refund partial or full payments only if our description is not accurate. Returns MUST have prior authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as sent or no refund will be made.
You should receive an email from us when your payment is processed and another when your order is completed, with the USPS Tracking Number or Customs Number and ship date. If not, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us, as we normally ship within 2 business days of completed payment.
